and the volume thing EDDIE said, put you ipod volume all the way down before plugging in your ipod. put your radio at the volume you want (did this in my car with a cassette tape adapter for a cd player) when you turn on your ipod slowly turn up the volume. side note: lower the volume is on the ipod seemed to lenghin the life of the charge. key word was seemed...</description>
